It floats and is resistant to rot, oils, gasoline and most chemicals. This cord can be used in recreational marine, especially be great for water skiing rope, other industrial uses, such as barrier, tie downs, flagpole halyards, floating lines and lifelines. Any colors available. Polyethylene has similar properties to Polypropylene but with a slightly better UV resistance. The relative density is 0.97 and the melting point is about 165 deg C.
